Colonial attractions, Singapore

The Singapore Botanic Gardens (Chinese: 新加坡 植物园; Malay: Taman Botanik Singapura or Kebun Botani Singapura) is one of 74 hectares (183 acres) in the Singapore Botanical Garden. It is half the size of the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, about one fifth the size of Central Park in New York. He is the only botanical garden in the world that opens from 5 pm to 0:12 every day of the year and not charge admission, except the National Orchid Garden. The garden is surrounded by Holland Road and Napier south route east of Cluny, Cluny Tyersall Avenue and Park Road to the west and Bukit Timah Road North. The linear distance between the north and south ends are about 2.5 kilometers (1.5 miles).
