Ak-orda Presidential Palace, Astana

Ak Orda (Kazakhstan, "a flock of white"), the Presidential Palace is the workplace of the President of Kazakhstan. Ak Orda Presidential Palace was built in three years, and officially opened in 2004. It 'was built by a group Mabetex.

Located on the left bank of the Ishim (Aprons) river, is the president of a job and the presidential administration staff, not the president's residence. Building is blue and gold dome on the tower. This is a golden statue atop the dome of a sun with 32 rays on the tip, and the steppe eagle flying across the sun.

The height of the building (including the tower) is 80 meters. The first floor includes a large central room, the press conference room, the ceremonial room, and the Winter Garden. The second floor has offices, while the third floor is used for international events, including several rooms (Marble Hall, Golden Hall, oval room, oriental lounge, built in the shape of a yurt, the negotiating room extended). The fourth floor includes a meeting room and public leadership for the Government of the Republic, and the library.

Gold is high throughout the complex and twenty kinds of marble used for floor models.
